Learning how to mix on four decks is not easy, but cutting out the clutter and allowing you to really focus on it will certainly be an advantage. If you are willing to play the long-game, and really develop your skills, without spending $1000, I would say that this is most certainly worth checking out. Also, since you have at least 2 very good devices (Audiobox and S3), having the ASIO4ALL makes no sense. So i assume that you installed ALL NI drivers without actually have the hardware.
That depends on what you are looking to do, and your definition of worth it. It is impossible (and completely useless unpractical) to have all these devices connected to a system at the same time. In terms of size and weight, it's easy enough to carry around anywhere, although it's a bit too big to fit in a regular backpack. PLAY WITH IT AND IF ANYTHING IS WRONG, IT WILL BE FIXED.
